Project Overview
This project analyzes Digi Agent’s website performance using realistic GA4-style, Google Search Console-style, and CRM-style datasets. The main goal was to understand how users discover the website, which channels bring quality traffic, how landing pages perform, and where users drop off before becoming leads or customers.
The analysis includes traffic acquisition, engagement rate, landing page funnel performance, SEO query opportunities, lead conversion, MQLs, SQLs, customers, and estimated revenue. I used Excel to clean and summarize the data, build KPI dashboards, and create visual insights. SQL was used to structure the data and answer business questions such as which channels generated the strongest leads, which landing pages converted best, and which SEO queries had high growth potential.
The final output includes cleaned datasets, raw platform-style exports, an Excel dashboard, SQL analysis queries, and a business insights report. This project helped me demonstrate how website analytics can go beyond sessions and clicks by connecting marketing performance with lead quality and business outcomes.
